FAQ

If you wish to cancel an order please get in contact with me as soon as possible. If the item has not been posted this will not be a problem, however if the item has already been sent then a full refund will be issued when the item has been returned in it's original condition. I can not refund used or worn items. If your purchase was faulty or has been damaged in transit then I will also reimburse your return postage costs. You must return items within 30 days of it arriving with you. For more details please see our return policy.

All items are sent out by Royal Mail first class. At the moment I am only posting within the UK.

I try to send out all items within 2 days of payment, however during busy periods it may be 3 days. If you need something quick let me know and I will aim to get it out the next day.
